For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20 KJV

Is someone coming into agreement with you? Agreement is a basic principle in being able to see the word of God manifest in your life or in the life of others you pray for. Of course you always need to have faith too!

I can tell you that after I was diagnosed with cervical cancer shortly after I was married my husband and I both rejected the diagnosis. We came in to agreement that the Word of God is what we are going to believe. The bible says by the stripes of Jesus we were healed. 1 Peter 2:24 That is exactly what we stood by and declared with our mouth.

Neither give place to the devil. Ephesians 4:27

Sickness, disease, poverty, destruction and every other negative thing you can think of is a door for the devil to have place in our lives. The thief (devil) comes to steal, kill and destroy. John 10:10 There was a door that immediately needed to be shut and we gave no place for him.  I was healed as a result of that faith and agreement in His word. Jesus also stated that the devil has nothing in him.

Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. John 14:30

So let’s be as bold as Jesus and declare the same in our lives!

God doesn’t want to make it difficult for us. We are His children. In fact, he wants us to have child-like faith. Think about that for a moment. When you tell a child something they don’t question what you say. They just believe it! Forget about the “but’s”, “and’s”, “if” and “or’s”. Children don’t respond with those words at all. They take you for your word. That is what God wants you to do. Take Him for His Word that is written in the bible.

The scripture says if two or three agree Jesus is in the middle. If you can have someone agree with you about a particular thing you are believing for according to the bible there is no reason why you wouldn’t see positive results. If you can’t find anyone around you in the moment to agree with you don’t worry! Faith in his word can still work for you!
